Flank Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce

So, it turns out that grilling is really pretty easy and something that we totally love!  I'm very happy that I decided to go for it and get one!  Now I need to shop for patio furniture so we can eat outside.  Oh, and a lounging chair so I can read a book and get rid of my albino coloring.

Marinated Flank Steaks with Blue Cheese Sauce
3 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 pounds flank steaks (beef loin ball tip steak or sirloin steak)
cooking spray
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbs blue cheese, crumbled
3 Tbs buttermilk
dash of worcetershire sauce
In a small bowl whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic.  Put into a resealable bag and marinade the flank steak for atleast an hour.  Allow meat to come to room temperature before cooking.

Remove meat from marinade and season with salt and pepper.  Grill for about 5 minutes per side for medium rare, Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

In a small bowl combine blue cheese and buttermilk with a fork, mashing until creamy.   Stir in the worcestershire sauce.  Top with steak and drizzle with blue cheese sauce.
