A White Bread Recipe From a Friend

Do you remember the bread that I posted about here?  The loaf of bread that made me hate being in my kitchen?  Well this is it!  I did manage to try it again but this time it wasn't a total disaster.  With a bit of patience in learning how to make bread a new way it turned out beautifully and tasted delicious.

White Bread (a recipe from Molly modified just a tiny bit)
6 - 6 1/2 cups flour
2T yeast
1T salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 beaten eggs

Into your mixing bowl, put 6 cups flour, 2T yeast, 1T salt and 1/4 cup sugar.

In a saucepan or in the microwave heat 1 cup water, 1 cup milk and 1/3 cup oil, heat to 100-110 degrees.

Pour milk mix into dry mix and mix with dough hook.  Add the 2 beaten eggs and more flour until it bowls away from the bowl and isn't too sticky.  Push down into bowl and cover until it rises above the top of the bowl.

Take out of bowl and shape into two loaves, cover and let it rise to double.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake loaves for 15 minutes, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes more.
